Booking Policies · Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied to your final service total. · Cancellation/No Show: I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 15% of your service. No shows will incur a full service charge. · Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please contact me. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply. • Accepted Forms of Payment: I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment methods (such as Cash App/ Apple pay/ Zelle or Venmo). • Health & Safety: If you are feeling unwell, l ask that you reschedule your appointment out of consideration for others.
